The Baileys Farm is owned by fourth generation farmers Joe and Michael Hayden. Over 150 years of their family’s passion for farming can be experienced on their personally guided farm tours of their 146 hectare award winning dairy farm.

As the internationally renowned ‘Home’ to Baileys Irish Cream this farm brings to life the story of the ultimate adult treat experience.

The farm is a living and breathing example of sustainable pasture based dairy farming where reducing emissions, improving water quality and biodiversity is paramount. It is a beacon of world class environmental credentials and so proud to be part of the Baileys family. As a key supplier to Baileys they are so proud of Baileys achievement in obtaining B-Corp certification in 2022.

The farms 220 ‘Ladies’ who produce the cream for Baileys are the real stars of the show. No visit to the farm is complete without getting up close and personal with these amazing beauties.
